Returns / Refunds / Exchanges

We hope you love every Sun Bum product, but we understand that everyone’s taste is a little different. For health and safety reasons, we cannot process returns or exchanges on any order including subscriptions. For a replacement or refund, please email hey@sunbum.com with your order number, email address used to purchase, and reason for request. For returns on orders over $75, the customer will be responsible for shipping the unopened/unused items back. All requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
